A Level Schools in Harare

A Level: the bridge to university

A Level is where school becomes serious. The two years after O Level decide which university courses, colleges and careers stay open to a young person, so they need a school that treats them as emerging adults, with the structure to keep them steady and the freedom to think for themselves.

At Advent Hope Academy our A Level learners study in small, focused classes where teachers know exactly where each student stands. Boarding learners get a structured study rhythm that day learners can mirror at home.

Guidance and careers support

Good marks alone do not place a learner at university. Our senior learners get guidance on subject combinations, university applications and career paths, reinforced by careers exhibitions and talks that connect classroom subjects to real professions.

We work with each learner to make sure their A Level choices match the university courses they are aiming at, in Zimbabwe and abroad.

• Subject combinations matched to university entrance requirements
• Careers exhibitions and guidance through the application process
• Small, focused classes with teachers who track every learner
• Structured study support for boarding and day learners

Results that open doors

Cambridge A Level is accepted by universities in more than 160 countries, and Zimsec A Level opens every local route. Whichever pathway a learner follows, our goal is a result that keeps their options wide, and a young adult with the discipline to succeed once they get there.
